Running Fundamentals and Fitness Program
A Perfect program for Athletes to Improve Running Fitness over the Summer!
Our Running program consists of running fundamentals with a fitness base. We believe that for an athlete to reach their full potential in running, proper form and technique must be instilled to maximize running economy and speed. Athletes in this program will run three days a week and based on their fitness and goals, additional workouts may be prescribed to perform on their own. Training times will coincide with our triathlon programs running times. Our workout schedule can be found here.
