Practice Philosophy

Our training philosophy is concise: we use scientific training methods to create adaptation in fitness levels; resulting in stronger, faster, and greater endurance athletes.  For youth, this is best accomplished in a group setting and positive team environment.  This, along with training specific techniques for each discipline, will maximize the potential in each youth triathlete.

Training Sessions are not mandatory and it is encouraged that the athlete complete any missed training sessions on their own.
