How to Join
To join any program, please Contact Us and include your athlete’s name, age, and which program that you are interested in joining.
A brief summary of our programs is listed below. For more information on each program, please click the name of the program.
Youth Development Squad: Designed for the athlete who is exploring triathlon as a recreational sport. Training is three days a week. Overall requirements are minimal.
Youth Performance Team: Designed for the athlete who desires to become a regionally and nationally competitive Triathlete. Training is five days a week. A road bike is required for this program.
Youth & Junior Elite Team: Designed for the athlete who desires to pursue ITU Draft Legal Racing. This is our most competitive program and acceptance is based on fitness testing and Team Director approval. Training is five days a week. A road bike and travel is required for this program.
Winter Cycling: A Cycling only program that focuses on development to be safe and competitive at cycling races. Training is two days a week as a team and two days individually. A road bike is required for this program.
For athletes 11 years old and over, please provide the following information (if recorded):
- 200 yd swim time
- 500 yd swim time
- 1 Mile run time
- 5K run time
We know that Triathlon is a daunting sport; especially for parents and youth who have never competed in a race. We work with numerous athletes new to the sport of triathlon each year. The best way to get involved with our team and learn about this inspiring sport is to contact us and set up a time to visit with the coaches and the team during one of our training sessions.
